1.1 Orders placed through the Yuki Crystals website may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. After this time frame, orders cannot be cancelled.

1.3 Cancellations requested within the 4-hour window may be subject to applicable credit card or payment gateway fees. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Returns Eligibility

2.1 Yuki Crystals accepts returns only in cases where the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Inspection Video Requirement

3.1 To initiate a return due to damage or defect, customers must provide a video recording of the unboxing process, including the initial inspection of the package and its contents.

4.2 The video must clearly show the condition of the package upon receipt and any visible damage to the item(s) inside.

5.3 This video is mandatory to help us determine whether the damage occurred during transit or prior to shipment.

4. Return Process

4.1 If the item is deemed damaged or defective based on the video evidence provided, customers may contact our customer support team at orders@yukicrystals.com within 3 days of receiving the order to initiate the return process.

4.2 Customers must include the following in their return request:
